'Chained' Star Vincent D'Onofrio Talks Lynch, Kubrick And Playing Thor
When it comes to quality and attention to detail in performance nobody comes to mind quicker then Vincent D’Onofrio. Having crafted long lasting memorable character work for well over two decades including his arresting debut as Private Leonard 'Gomer Pyle' Lawrence in Stanley Kubrick’s "Full Metal Jacket" and playing an alien with sass in Barry Sonnenfeld’s "Men in Black," D’Onofrio is showing no signs of stopping. Producers behind Vincent D'Onofrio's new serial killer movie "Chained" have lost their ratings appeal, and the film will be released with a restrictive NC-17 tag.
Motion Picture Association of America censors ruled the thriller was too violent for an R rating and they slapped the film, directed by David Lynch's daughter Jennifer, with a dreaded NC-17, which bans anyone aged 17 and under from viewing the movie.
Executives at distributors Anchor Bay Entertainment battled the decision but had their appeal rejected on Tuesday.

50 Cent Joins Sylvester Stallone And Arnold Schwarzenegger In 'The Tomb'
Hollywood has assembled a cast so manly it's already gotten half its audience pregnant and we're not even talking about an "Expendables" sequel.
Variety reports that Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger's upcoming thriller "The Tomb" has assembled a motley crew of big-name stars, including Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson.
The film tells the story of a security expert (Stallone) who finds himself locked up for a crime he hasn't committed in one of the high-security prisons he designed. He must call upon a very special set of skills – likely a combination of civil engineering and ass-kick...

'Supernatural' Recap: There's A Devil On Sam's Shoulder
Just in case last week’s episode didn’t completely destroy you, our favorite show returned to scrub your heart over a cheese grater and give your soul a few gut-punches with an episode jam-packed with “Supernatural’s” unique brand of campy special effects and life-ruining angst. “Hello Cruel World” picked up right where the premiere left off: Sam was in a secluded part of the demonic laboratory succumbing to all-too real hallucinations of Lucifer, and Castiel’s vessel was just taken over by those sinister Leviathans that tossed Dean and Bobby around like a couple of hot potatoes.

VIncent D'Onofrio Returns To 'Law & Order: Criminal Intent'
Vincent D'Onofrio is back on the force after leaving cop show Law & Order: Criminal Intent - he will replace Jeff Goldblum on the 10th season of the drama.
Goldblum stepped in to take over from D'Onofrio last year when the actor retired his Detective Bobby Goren character and took time out to deal with a nervous exhaustion issue, which was diagnosed five years ago.
But Goldblum's stint on the show was not a huge success and "Law & Order" creator Dick Wolf asked D'Onofrio to return.
He tells USA Today, "I liked doing the show, but after working on it for so many years, I did need a break....
