American actor Matt Czuchry was born on May 20, 1977, in Manchester, New Hampshire, but he grew up in Johnson City, Tenn. In 1999, Matt graduated from the College of Charleston in South Carolina with a degree in History and Political Science. His first television role was as Sean McGrail in the CW's sitcom "Young Americans," and he later went on to play the rich and arrogant Logan Huntzberger on the drama/comedy "Gilmore Girls." Matt also appeared on the cult favorite TV show "Freaks and Geeks" and has appeared in the films "Eight Legged Freaks," "Swimming Upstream" and "Advantage Heart." Matt dated Kate Bosworth for two years after they met on the set of "Young Americans."
