The Hangin' With Mr. Cooper funnyman's depression began when a can of spray starch exploded, setting fire to his California home and leaving him with second-degree burns across 18 percent of his body.

Beloved TV star Mark Curry considered committing suicide when he awoke from a two-day coma in agony. The Hangin' With Mr. Cooper star, 42, was almost killed when an aerosol can exploded while he was doing his laundry at home in Oakland, California, in April.
