Chapman was born in Denver, CO on Feb. 1, 1953 the oldest of four children. His father, Wesley was a Navy welder and his mother, Barbara, was a missionary/minister for the Assemblies of God. While Chapman attributed his rough exterior image and personality to his allegedly abusive father, he later referred to his Cherokee Indian mother as his "best friend" and credited her with putting him on the path to God. One of only a few white children in a predominantly Mexican school, Chapman was beaten up frequently, leading him to drop out and get involved with the proverbial bad crowd. If you read this article you'll see Governor Malloys budget is not working out ! The fraud he's perpetrating on this state in the form of pretrial release is unacceptable the state can not afford this . Court houses are closing court staff being laid off probation officers being cut back corrections officers being cut back this program will cost millions of dollars ! No study has been done no research has been done nothing to verify the numbers he's claiming .
The most troubling thing here is no one in the legislature has any respect for him because he does not care about his constituents self serving government hard at work here ! Yesterday we had the votes to kill this Bill the Govenor is insisting and has threaten'd to make this bill part of the budget as to force its passage ! Support these house representatives
And senators ask them to stand tough on Sec 28 of this bill ! The people are counting on them .
CT judiciary says Malloy’s budget means another 600 layoffs
Connecticut’s Judicial Branch warned late Monday that Gov. Dannel. P. Malloy’s latest budget proposal would force the branch to increase layoffs by at least 600, losing one-fifth of all staff.
