Comedian Drew Carey has called off his engagement to his longtime fiancee.

The Price is Right host and Nicole Jaracz have called it quits after five years of dating.

His representative tells People.com, "He and Nicole still have a great deal of love and affection for one another."

The couple announced its engagement back in October, 2007.

I still have fond memories of Whose Line Is It Anyway?, the half-hour improvisational comedy series that began as a UK edition from 1988-1998, and then an American version from 1998-2004 on ABC (in fact, reruns still air on ABC Family). Comedian Drew Carey is facing legal action after allegedly failing to pay for a hotel which was booked for his stay in South Africa during the recent soccer World Cup.

The avid sports fan allegedly instructed his assistant to contact a travel firm in January to help organize a month-long trip to the country for this summer's tournament.
