Actor Gael Garcia Bernal's new movie No has been honored with a top award at the Cannes Film Festival in France.

Director Pablo Larrian's historical drama, starring Bernal as a Chilean advertising executive who helps to topple dictator General Augusto Pinochet's regime, was named the winner of the Art Cinema Award, the most prestigious prize in the Directors' Fortnight section, on Friday.

The "Science of Sleep" star will play the legendary masked avenger in 20th Century Fox's futuristic take on the character, "Zorro Reborn," according to Variety.

"Zorro Reborn" was first announced in April of last year, with Fox moving the action to some place other than California or Mexico -- and to some other time as well, as this Zorro will be a masked vigilante hell-bent on revenge as he traverses a post-apocalyptic wasteland.

The Star Wars star has announced she and choreographer Benjamin Millepied are engaged and expecting their first child.

Mexican movie star Gael Garcia Bernal is set to become a first-time father, according to Argentinean reports. Gossip magazine Paparazzi claims the star's girlfriend, actress Dolores Fonzi, is pregnant.

The 29-year-old couple has never confirmed the romance, but they reportedly met and fell in love while shooting the movie "Vidas Privadas" in 2006.
