Back from the Dead: TV Shows That Survived Cancellation
Shows are canceled all the time. This time the victim was "Men In Trees," a show that jumped timeslots, disappeared for months at a time, and was finally put out of its misery by ABC. It wasn't exactly a surprise the network canceled it. Who knew it was still on? (Fans can catch the final few episodes when it airs again beginning May 28.)

No 'Daredevil' Sequel for Ben Affleck
Ben Affleck has reportedly dropped out of the Daredevil sequel because the film won't be as dark as he'd like it to be. Affleck was hoping best pal and comic book superfan Kevin Smith would pen “Daredevil 2,” but when that deal fell apart the actor lost interest.
According to website Jason-Behr.com, Roswell star Jason Behr will take over the role in the sequel, which is expected to be a straight-to-DVD release.
