Now that Destiny’s Child answered our prayers reuniting for Michelle’s “Say Yes” video that premiered this morning on “Good Morning America,” and Danity Kane’s comeback tour propelled us to dance down memory lane and make some new ones with the single “Lemonade,” we’ve compiled a full wish list of R & B Girl Groups that should make a return to the stage.
We’re holding on to the idea that the Oakland-based songbirds will once again come together like they did in 2008 with their 20th Anniversary Tour. The quintet has given us a laundry list of hits that have decorated their mantle with Soul Train Awards, MTV Video Music Awards and American Music Awards, also topping the Billboard charts with these musical gems: “Hold On,” “You Don’t Have to Worry,” and “Don’t Go.”
