It's hard to imagine that it's been 20 years since we were first introduced to the Tanner family, Winnie Cooper and Kevin Arnold. What happened to some of our favorite prime time stars two decades after they charmed us on the small screen?

Full House (1987-1995)

"Full House" was a show about talk show host Danny Tanner (Bob Saget) who was raising his three girls with his brother-in-law Jesse Katsopolis (John Stamos) and his best friend Joey Gladstone (Dave Coulier) after his wife Pam is killed by a drunk driver. You laughed, you cried and you learned a lesson all in one episode.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen (Michelle Tanner) grew up right before our eyes on the hit show. Out of the entire cast, these twins have had the most successful careers. They've starred in dozens of straight-to-video movies, some of which they've directed. They became the youngest producers in history at age 6, and they started their own successful clothing line at Wal-Mart. They were even named the youngest self-made millionaires, according to CNN. All of this happened before they could even drive. Their big-screen film "New York Minute" failed to charm moviegoers and seemingly squashed any future twin collaboration. In 2004, Mary-Kate was treated for anorexia. She recently appeared on Showtime's "Weeds."

Bob Saget had some minor success after "Full House" ended. He hosted "America's Funniest Home Videos" for seven years. In 2001, he starred in another series as Matt Stewart, a single dad raising his two daughters in "Raising Dad." It was no surprise the series didn't take off and was cancelled mid-season. You can now catch Saget as the host of NBC's "1 vs. 100" and as the narrator in the hit CBS series "How I Met Your Mother."

John Stamos played the handsome Elvis-obsessed Uncle Jess. After "Full House" ended in 1995, Stamos appeared in a few failed TV series: "Thieves" and "Jake In Progress." At first Stamos wasn't very successful. In fact, he was more known as the husband of Rebecca Romijn. They later divorced, and in 2005, Stamos landed a role on NBC's "ER" where he plays medical student Dr. Tony Gates.

Candace Cameron Bure (DJ Tanner) now has three children with NHL hockey player Valeri Bure. She has guest starred in a few series here and there.

Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner) developed an addiction to crystal meth but has been clean and sober since 2005. She recently hosted the G4 series "Pants-Off Dance-Off" and is pregnant with her first child.

Dave Coulier has become a reality show fixture. He starred in season three of "The Surreal Life." He also partnered with Nancy Kerrigan in "Skating With Celebrities" in 2006. He often does voice over work.
